New license editions: Professional & Enterprise

While we will continue to offer our Basic version for free as we always have, we are now offering two additional license editions which provide even more value: Professional and Enterprise.

RAIDLOG.com Professional Edition:

Our Professional edition is ideal for the individual practitioner who wants to step up their project management game. The Professional edition includes:

  • Unlimited Collaborators: invite an unlimited number of team members to view or edit items in your RAID log, allowing you to collaborate more effectively with your team and stakeholders.

  • Integrations: use Zapier to integrate your RAIDLOG with any of the 4000+ apps with a Zapier connector, boosting your efficiency and automating tedious tasks.

Free Professional Edition 30 Day Trial:
We are upgrading all our Basic (Free) plan users to Professional for 30 days so they can try out our new features. After the trial, anyone who does not choose to upgrade to Professional will revert back to the original Basic features they enjoyed before the trial.

RAIDLOG.com Enterprise Edition:

Ideal for organizations of any size, our Enterprise edition includes all the features of our Professional version (unlimited collaborators and Zapier integration), plus the ability to have multiple Project Managers. Our “All-Up” Grids allow you to view and manage the top Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions across your organization – a feature we will soon expand into a dedicated Portfolio module, set for release in Q2 2023.

For a limited time and with a 3-year commitment, we are allowing our Enterprise customers to have Unlimited Project Manager licenses for the first year.

Collaboration

Our new Collaboration feature allows Project Managers to invite an unlimited number of team members to collaborate on their projects. Collaborators can include team members and stakeholders internal or external to your organization, including contractors, partners, and customers.

When you invite a collaborator, they will receive an email inviting them to your workspace and inviting them to create a free RAIDLOG.com account if they don’t already have one. Once they accept and set up a RAIDLOG.com account, you can assign them to work on specific RAID items, or you can invite them to view or collaborate on all RAID items in a particular project. Best of all, there is no limit to the number of collaborators you can invite to your projects.

Collaboration features are available in our Professional and Enterprise editions.

Integrations

Zapier Integration: We are excited to announce our integration with Zapier, which allows you to integrate your RAIDLOG.com projects with any of the 4000+ applications which connect to Zapier. Use this integration to:

  • Push data from RAIDLOG.com to other Zapier integrated systems

  • Push data into RAIDLOG.com from other Zapier integrated systems

  • Build custom automation

Setting up a “Zap” integration requires a Zapier account and some knowledge of how to use Zapier. We are starting work on a library of “how-to’s” to simplify the process of connecting RAIDLOG.com to other systems via Zapier. Enterprise subscriptions include setup of up to 3 Zapier integrations.

Owners Field

What happened to my owners' field?

With the rollout of these changes, we have made changes to the owner's field on the RAID items. If you had previously added anything to this field, those entries are being moved to a new owner's field and are being treated as placeholders. This is being done to ensure that you can still access your current and previous data.

We are excited to offer these new features and plans to our users and believe they will help teams collaborate more effectively and manage their projects more efficiently. As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions as we continue to improve and evolve RAIDLOG.com to meet the needs of our users.

Known Bugs

While we strive to not have any bugs in our system. We did come across a couple and want to document them here so you are aware.

  • When changing the width the name column in the grid views, we noticed the change would not stay when adding a new item view the grid view.
