Currently, you can not manually assign an existing action item to a RAID item. Please let us know if you would like this feature in the future. Submit Feature Here

Adding Action items from Project

  1. Navigate to your project and click the OVERVIEW option from the sidebar. This will open the details view.

  2. Inside the Guiding Pane, you will see the Action items section.

  3. Click Add New

  4. This will take you to the Action Item creation screen.

  5. Create your new action item and click save

Adding Action items from Risk

  1. Navigate to your project using the sidebar and click the RISKS option from the sidebar.

  2. Find the risk you want to add action items too, or create a new risk.

  3. Inside the Guiding Pane, you will see the Action items section.

  4. Click Add New

  5. This will take you to the Action Item creation screen.

  6. Create your new action item and click save

Adding Action items from Issue

  1. Navigate to your project using the sidebar and click the ISSUES option from the sidebar.

  2. Find the risk you want to add action items too, or create a new issue.

  3. Inside the Guiding Pane, you will see the Action items section.

  4. Click Add New

  5. This will take you to the Action Item creation screen.

  6. Create your new action item and click save

Adding Action items from Decision

  1. Navigate to your project using the sidebar and click the DECISION option from the sidebar.

  2. Find the risk you want to add action items too, or create a new decision.

  3. Inside the Guiding Pane, you will see the Action items section.

  4. Click Add New

  5. This will take you to the Action Item creation screen.

  6. Create your new action item and click save
