Navigate to your project and click the OVERVIEW option from the sidebar. This will open the details view.

Inside the Guiding Pane, you will see the Action items section.

This will take you to the Action Item creation screen.

Create your new action item and click save

3. Click Add New
4. This will take you to the Action Item creation screen.
5. Create your new action item and click save

Navigate to your project using the sidebar and click the RISKS option from the sidebar.

Find the risk you want to add action items too, or create a new risk.
